How do I cohesively tie different social media eff
Are there any apps that will let me use several social media tools at once for my
marketing campaigns?

Just do a link wheel and you'll do just fine. There is no need for any software as most social media are connected to each other. For example, you can create a link wheel between facebook and twitter but tying both accounts up. Once you have done this your twits can be seen in facebook and your posts on your wall can show up in your twitter. Works for a lot of other social media like SB sites like digg and stumble too.
