Advantages of squidoo?

I want to know about squidoo? What's the main advantages of squidoo? I want to submit some information in squidoo and make a new lens for my work. If you can share your knowledge about squidoo. It's very important for me.

Squidoo works great for building a link wheel and getting powerful links to your site. It is also not that hard to have the lens rank high as well for targeted keywords. A good lens only takes a few hours to build just make sure to use original content.

A lot of good points has been given for the plat form but I see a few major points for it:

good source of traffic
good source of clients
good source of backlinks
good marketing place

Anyways, I was able to search for some new squidoo lenses earlier using another PC and I just noticed that there are a lot of squidoo out there with not so good content. What I would just like to say is that we should never create squidoo lenses with copied or spinned article. It wouldn't really look that right and if you have your brand in the content, people might think that you have a bad site/brand.
