Site Caching Problem

I was searching for parenting and found a website IndiaParenting.com. The problem with this site is, some of the pages are

not in cache or very past data. If you will check ovulation calculator or some other links below that, you may find older

cache data.

Can anyone tell me what is the problem with this website and how can we overcome this?
