Does it useful for better ranking of my website.

No, you cannot do it, no one search engine will accpet this link, as link is duplicate the previous one that you have already submitted.

No.. There is no point submitting to search engine until and unless your site is new, most of the search engine will start indexing your site on their own, generally within 7 - 15 days all good search engines index the new site.
