    I am here for you,

Google algorithm is nothing but the Google updates.
Like very recently Google changed it's algorithm in terms of web indexing system and come back with the new one known as "Google caffeine", through this techniques google index only those website who always updates there site regularly.
Google announced, Caffeine provides 50 percent fresher results for web searches than our last index, and it's the largest collection of web content we've offered. Whether it's a news story, a blog or a forum post, you can now find links to relevant content much sooner after it is published than was possible ever before.

Googles algorithm is just something that they are constantly trying to improve on to help organic searchers, people using their Google search, find more relevant topics and such. They are constantly updating it to attempt to give the searcher the most relevent material possible during their search, whatever it may be.

Well said....actually the algorithm is Google's copyright, they will never disclose it. You have to interact with the experts and understand how the search engines work.

I'm still testing the newest algorithm as it seems like sites were a lot easier to get to the front page a year ago. However, content does seem to get indexed much faster. This is just what I've seen as I'm creating new sites. What's been your experiences?

Google has adapted once again to help combat the ever increasing amount of spam. In lieu of a surge of questions regarding whether or not a recent Google algorithm change has gone live, Google has officially launched the change earlier last week that will target spam websites. About 2% of queries change, with less than half of a percent where people will really notice anything. This change is aimed at increasing the quality of Google searches and will give websites that wrote original content better rankings, while websites that primarily copy the content will be ranked lower. It should be noted that websites which spin or rewrite original content are being specifically targeted in this algorithm change, giving sites with the original content more authority. This is all an effort to increase the quality of search queries in order to provide a better experience for users.

The software program developed by Google which index & cache all the websites on the internet as well as check various factors to give ranking for all websites, is a Panda algo.

Most users know the concept of the algorithm of Google, but they cannot explain to others. Google recently held a major upgrade to its ranking algorithm, called "Jagger" SEO community.
