WWW or without WWW
My site pr=2 has all pages indexed without the www version .
It is also ranking good for many urls.
Should I redirect naked domain to www one or should i redirect www version to naked one?
Or leave it as it is?
For which one should i build backlinks?

if all pages indexed without www then keep it that way and dont change it. you can change htaccess file so your site only displays without www

Hey..just look whether your site can be accessed with WWW or without WWW or in both two ways. If in both ways you need to redirect it to any one style otherwise it will increase the chance of duplicacy of your site and the SERP rank will not increase for your site.

Whichever way you have already started linking to should be the way. The key is you must be consistent in your approach to getting backlinks. They should always be with www or just the naked url mysite dot com.

Re: WWW or without WWW
The easy solution is to keep it as it is. Because, it will be search-able in both ways by users. If you really want to prefer without WWW, then you can initiate Google by altering the settings of your website on Google Webmaster Central to without WWW, and Google will give prominence to pages by converting it to without WWW ones.

Even you can inform Google in which form you would like to display the URLs, with www or without www using Webmaster Console.

I dont think that this is possible, you are not using redirection service.
