Is there any SEO Software to find competitors back links?

I am looking for some good SEO software or tool that allows you to see all of the back links to any site. I am specifically looking for one that will show the back links, but also show whether they are do follow or no follow

soloseo.com/ is a free tool you can use. seomoz.org/ can be used as well but some of the tools are for premium members but some are free.

If you want to find where your competitors post links you can use backlinkwatch dot com. You can also see the total OBL of your site there.

You can go to Google SE and do
link:www.competitorsite.com
and that will show all links pointing to competitorsite.com. It won't show whether they're dofollow or not, though I'm assuming if they show up in the Google results, then the links didn't specify nofollow.
