SEO Packages
Got a question. Do any of you purchase articles and use a service to distribute them? Take a look at the following link and let me know what are some of the positives/negatives to using a service such as this. Just remove the spaces from the URL.

I think there are lots of ways to do SEO online. And some are wise enough to get further proof of the said service.

I'm sorry, but I just don't get any of the comments here. It's like every user here just copies someone elses comments and pastes them in their own way.
Yes, SEO is great. I know it, you know it, everyone knows it. I'm asking about the services of such a company. Have you ever used it or not? What's your feedback? Don't tell me that SEO is great. Be a little more helpful.
I've been on the first page of Google for my most important keyword for over a year now. I've spend thousands of dollars into my website. I've done plenty of SEO myself. I just want to get to #1 position.
My question is, if you've hired an SEO company, such as the one mentioned above, what's your experience.
Please be helpful.Russell Volk, REALTOR

You CAN buy a service that distributes articles, so on and so forth. To be perfectly honest with you submitting articles are becoming a thing of the past. You are better off submitting 4, maybe 5 articles to a site of your choice.
This is what I would do if I were you;
Submit a couple articles to article submission sites, 5 max.
Talk and learn in the forum.
Participate in blogs that reflect your business.

Hi Buckmaster,
I am wondering if anyone even went to the website you posted, to see what you were talking about.
And to the one that said article marketing is a thing of the past is dead wrong.
Article marketing has big value beyond SEO. If the article is really well written and informative (not just an ad) it can help establish you as a leader in your industry or niche. A person people will look to for advice and view as an authority, plus it can create long-term internet real estate.
I have articles that have dominated over 280M in results, and articles I submitted over 6 months ago that still generate traffic for me.
The best methods include a complete web 2.0 package, video, articles, social, podcasts, etc.
To answer your question, I have never used the company you referred to, because I own my own marketing company that does that. But in general there is a ton of value in this type of service.
These are the Things you should look for:
Find out how many directories they submit to, and make sure the top ones are included like Ezine articles, etc
Also if you can store, edit, and resubmit via their service.
The main benefit for only article submission is really just how many directories and if they are the highest rated. If so, go for it!
Hope that helps!

thats really funny, and sadly true, comments at the begining are just crazy!
anyway, contrary to pouplar belief, such a service can still add value but the success depends on a few things:
- the quality of the article
- where it is submitted (some directories are just a complete waste of time)
- if teh article is correctly promoted
the service is a bit pricey too. YOu could for example easily get teh bronze package for $150
