Am I able to develop SEO value for a flash-based website, made on wix?

Unless you can edit the source code of the website after it is created, it would be very difficult to have much of any seo value with a wix site.

Flash sites in general are hard to seo since search engines have trouble reading the .swf files.. Google has a special program where they can read parts of it but still, it is very little help.

If you can edit the source code you can create a alternate layout made for those who don't have a flash player in their browser. The benefit of this is google can read that and it will add fairly good seo value to the website.
That still doesn't help much however. (if you are able to edit the source code and want more information on this let me know)

If I were you I would seriously invest in hiring a designer to get you a custom website, or use a html website creator instead. A template will work as well if you know web development (copy and pasting into the template and putting the template on a hosting account).

If you are dead set on having your wix website, try installing a blog on the same domain.. write daily posts to produce fresh content which google loves. Then you can move on to blog comment seo, social bookmarking, article submission, link building, and press releases.. Then maybe you can possibly have a chance of ranking.

I have hear that flash-based websites don't fare very well for seo. Not only that, but people in general don't really like them.
For me personally, they seem a little dated (2006ish), but that's just a personal opinion. I suppose if your content's always changing, and you have fresh material constantly you might win some followers.
