What am I talking about and why?

I dare you to sign up at your local Grapevine Community website and before you go ugh........ Listen to why.

Search engine optimization was built into the Grapevine system and to prove it to you I ask that you try something very simple. Do a Google search for "Greg Kelsey, Century 21". Last I checked, yesturday 1/5/10, his business directory listing at the SpokaneGrapevine.com was still number 1 and has been that way ever since about 3 hours after the ad was placed.

Wait.....back up..........First, what is a GrapevineCommunity? Second, why do I as a Realtor even care?

They are locally owned and operated community sites that provide local users "a place to go when they need to know". All most all of the current owners offer free classified ads, great business directory and banner ad rates and the ever popular SEO maximized hits!

You as a Realtor should care because......in this ever changing and still depressed market you still want and need to get your name out there. Most GrapevineCommunity owners offer a free trial and only charge $199 a YEAR for the directory listing (less than $17 a month to you) and although the GrapevineCommunities are still near the ground floor we are growing rapidly and receiving over a million hits a month.
