    In my humble opinion, having a hundred or just a thousand backlinks from PR3 and above sites is much better than 200K backlinks from PR0 sites.

    Build 200k backlinks in a short period of time will only waste your time. Google will just ignore them since I'm sure these PR0 sites are wortheless.

    Google would hate this and they would not ignore it. Instead google would flag your website as spam and remove it from its results. The other search engines will probably follow behind.
