What's all the hype??
I keep hearing so much about the social bookmarking program from.. bmdemon.pcti-system. com .. and I was wondering if anyone here has ever tried it? Everwhere I look on the internet I hear people praising this program as if it was gods gift to marketers...It's almost like a weird cult of personality, reminds me of obama mania before he got elected. I'm about to start working on driving traffic to my new blog and I'm thinking about giving the program a go because of all the great things I hear about it and it's supposed unmatched effectiveness.. Can anyone out there verify these claims from first hand experience or dispell them as hype ALSO from first hand experience?? Thanks

I can tell you from experience that the program does work incredibly well.. I've been using it myself for about a year now. It's definetely well worth the investment. But keep in mind that this certainely isn't the 'holy grail' for getting traffic. Social bookmarking is just one big tool you need in your toolbox for bringing alot of traffic to your site. I would also recommend dropping alot of comments in other peoples blogs.. posting on forums, answering relevant questions on yahoo answers.. PPC(pay-per-click) advertising is also great if you can afford it.. etc etc
There are many ways of driving traffic to your site.. I would absolutely recommend getting bookmarking demon program, it works wonders. But keep in mind thats only one important side of the rubix cube. It isn't the end all be all. Good luck!

Yes metallica you're right. Not only social bookmarking is the tool but there's a huge collection of communication tool and those are effective too. Forum posting, Blogging, PPC ...many more to mention. You get to know one by one. Just hold tight and right. Don't rush. It takes time.

Social bookmarking, in my opinion, is the tool you should be using the least. Social bookmarking in general is a dying feature of the Internet, just like directories. I wouldn't concentrate on them too much as I never see anything from them in Google results.

Social bookmarking is one way to get a good traffic. I've tried the social bookmarking before and at the present. It's only one of many ways to get a good traffic as Forum posting, Blog Commenting, Directory Submission and many more. Just balance it and don't forget to have a nice and accurate keyword that best describe your website.

Social bookmarking indeed drive traffic your website - increasing your sales too. I haven't try the software you mentioned, try it to see if it works.
Bookmarking in squidoo, hubpages, digg, delicious, and stumbleupon can help you in driving traffic.

I think it would really depend on who your target market is. If you are focused on a particular region, then traffic from outside might not be of much help.

Hmm..
Everyone mentions the same sources but I don't know how you bookmark in squidoo.
Squidoo aside, social media sites especially digg and stumble don't like when you bookmark your own site. If you do you could jeopardize your reputation immediately.
How successful you are on these sites directly reflect your community. Build up friends, earn their respect, and be an authority on your subject.

Do not think you will get very many hits from social media sites. The primary purpose for these site is to get back links to every article you write or important page. However, if you do get a lot of people to either "digg" or "stumble" your post and you get on the front page you will get an amazing number of hits for a short period of time. However, I doubt many will be interested in your targeted real estate market.

I haven't tried that site before but as we all know creating an account to social bookmarking sites can help a lot in driving traffic and increasing a webpage search engine ranking.
