Great tips. There are so many factors to SEO that to get it right it takes a lot of studying. I think that is a very good base for someone if they just study websites such as that one and a few others.

The tips you have discuss talks about On-Page Optimization. On-Page Optimization deals with the proper use of meta tags, title tags, alt-tags (when describing images), description, h1/h2 tags, and keywords (you can use some of the tools to check for keywords)..

I knerw most of them but it's nice to read it.

It is mostly on-site tips, which happens to be the pre-requisite before doing off-site optimization. Your SEO won't be so effective if you don't do on-site optimization, your site can get a high rank but it's hard to maximize it.
