Whether it is copied or not, I gotta say it was a good read.
Let me stress the importance of quality links - they should be from relevant sites. So having them as backlinks will really boost your site.

The site should be fresh and relevant. It should not be copied. The title must be long and descriptive. The website should not be stuffed with the keywords but the meta tags has to be placed in the appropriate position.

Keep up to date. I have found I am able to get a lot more traffic if I mention current events in my blog posts. I have also found that my clients enjoy seeing the monthly "State of the Market" report that I create for their area and post on my blog(Thank you HomeQuest and Market Analyzer).

URL's and titles are prob the two easiest things you can do to have a quick and effective impact on your SEO rankings. Quality content is also a must or you can be hit by duplicate content problems.

"2. Use Structural (Semantic) Mark Up and Separate Content from Presentation
Semantically structuring your mark up helps search engines understand the content of your webpage which is of course a good thing. Making proper use of heading elements is essential because search engines give more weight
to the content within the heading elements.

Using CSS to separate the design elements from the content makes for much leaner code and makes it easier for search engines to find what they’re looking for, which is content. Remember content is king!"

Some site forget this to consider on their site..

Quality links are key in having a good authoritative ranking. To get the top quality links most of the time you have to have great content that is worth linking to. Many go with SEO campaigns which is good and includes regular directory submissions, article marketing, etc but the best way to get links is through online public relations where large news sites link to your website.
