I think its a great that you know about the many methods or techniques in SEO for targeting the right keywords and they are also free for struggling. Anyways, it seems a good offer.

We also do Web Marketing and also have Information Architects along with Ghost Writers. With anything, we always either ensure you have an SEO Analysis or purchase one first. Without it, its like you trying to sell a property you know nothing about. How could you accurately/reasonably price something if you only knew the SQFT? But, you had no clue what the other homes were selling for in the area?

I hope that makes sense. Botton line, this is your foundation - Without it, Too Many Realtors lose out and get frustrated.

There is a lot of confusion on this forum as with others. Let me be clear about something. I can only pray every Realtor, Broker, and or Lender reads this.

A few other posters in this forum and on the Internet love to say this "We will get you first page Google results" Do not fall for this, they are lying.

However, if you truly want to understand SEO... 3 professionals that I work with along with 4 IT Firms would all agree- SEO is a long term campaign. No shortcuts, just good SEO decisions that are popular, proven, ethical, and within the TOS of Google.

I'm quite sure that a number one raking can't be guaranteed, however if you are persistent and are doing what is needed to be done, you can guarantee yourself placements on the first page of the results

If anyone has noticed, SERPs in Google change almost daily and actually can vary between two identical searches done seconds apart... so NO, you cannot guarantee #1 results in SERPs. Do a search for "Google Dance" to learn more.
