i'm heard from my pal about this vacation cabin rentals, Bear Run Cabins. Vacation rentals are much personal in a way, rather than staying in hotels. Not sure how the owner is marketing this but I took my whole family to stay there and it was good.

There are also what they call Fractional ownerships, somewhat similar to timeshares and vacation rentals. There are some fractional ownerships being offered in the US, but I think there are a lot of them in Southern America, where most of the best beaches can be found.

Vacation rentals are a fab option if you dont want to stay in a busy hotel
