I wish I were there already.

Its gorgeous there. I have family on Oahu and I miss it. Its just so relaxed there, people are courteous drivers, no one is really in a hurry, etc. So unlike Vegas!

Hawaii must be one of the best places for real estate agents to work.

Imagine working in such a beautiful place, every day!

    It's a win-win.

    Default Hawaii

I have been there many times and I said they next time I go I'm not coming back. My ex-mother in law was born and raised there she says it was so beautiful when she was a child not very built up.

I had heard that you can only own property if you are Hawaiian and you have to be a certain percent Hawaiian. Is that true? So what do people do rent the land and own the house? Our previous neighbor was born and raised in Hawaii and raised her family there and moved to Montana and just about froze to death and then relocated to Florida then North Carolina area.

Taking a vacation sounds like a wonderful idea. Too bad i don't have the time (or the money) to do it right now. I guess i will have to wait until the summer time to plan one. By than i should have enough saved up.
