Yap this is so true that's why some travelers are always n search for vacation packages or travel promos in order to save more for their traveling expenses.

I have seen a movie with the same concept. I think it's "THE HOLIDAY". it's a movie about people wanting to go away so when they so that "HOUSE EXCHANGE" option, they went for it. But I really don't think that it would as well as that movie. I mean with all of the scams and robbers nowadays, why will you trust strangers to live in your house?

Well this kind of program requires a membership to be assured that all the members can be trusted for the home swap the destination club owner or the middle man for the home exchange often visits the houses that are on the list for the home exchange program most of the time the house to swap are second homes of the owners.

I found the renting a house at Laguna Phuket was one of the best vacations i ever took. The villa was beautiful and very reasonably priced, the golf course ws excellent and the service was second to none.
