Default What's the best way to find single family home rentals

    Hello All,
I am searching for single family home rental and I have been using realtor.com for my search. Regrettably, the inventory is small.
Does realtor.com use the inventory from the MLS? Would I do better by working with a realtor?
    Thank you.

If you're looking for a single family home to purchase so you can rent it out contact a REALTOR in your area. If you are looking for a home for rent try Craigslist and property management companies in your area.

    Default Houses For Rent

In today's market, the best place to find houses or apartments for rent in your area is Craigslist. Also, amazingly enough, in small communities like the one where I live, the newspaper still offers the most rental advertisements.

Go to the local agent and ask him or her to help you. Many sites don't offer good image of the houses. It is even better to visit several agents.

    Default On line opportunities

I agree, Craigslist and local rental companies on line can be a good source for finding rentals. Also many local newspapers are not online and will post the rental ads online as well. So use your computer to it's fullest! Good luck on your search.
