    Default 3 Myths and Realities of Low Income Housing

    Only some investors are concerned in low-income housing, apart from a hardened bunch of “slumlords”. Low-income housing is slum landlording; low-income property investors invest in unacceptable and bombed out ghettos where few dare to trod. There are no good, low-income tenants; they all garbage property, and don’t pay their rent.
