Default Relocation in France - Can you help?

Hello, we've heard about how long it takes and how complicated the process is to relocate to France. Is there company or some group who could provide assistance? Thank you.

Typically takes about 3 months to conclude a property transaction in France.

Once you have found a property, the Immobilier (estate agent) will arrange for the first contract to be drawn up (within days) - typically the "compromis de vente"; make sure you understand the contract and terms - it is binding and you will not be able to pull out once signed (there is a 7 day cooling off period). You can insert clauses such as subject to mortgage, etc. The vendor is also commiting to the sale once he signs. Normally you put down a 10% deposit.

Typically the Notaire will take about 3 months to do all the paperwork and checks. Then you sign the Acte de Vente and get the keys
