Swapping Houses versus Selling!
It is more difficult to sell your home in this market, so why not try trading/swapping it? We have come up with a new concept. It is called Best House Swap. It is free, and people have successfully traded their homes. We have been running this website, listed below, for two years now. You could trade your Florida home for a home in Colorado or California if you'd like! We have been on CNBC, ABC, and Daily News. TIME magazing had run a story on us. Perhaps this concept will work better than selling!

The concept of swapping houses is good, but a little bit risky for both. Before swapping, knowing the condition of the houses should be first considered. Also, if people want a more suitable living for them, I guess it would be better to sell their house and then build a new one for them to live in using the money they profited from selling the house.
