California or Florida?
I wanted to move to another state but need advise on 2 states that I want to go. California or Florida? I been to both states but not sure about the safest town or area to move to. Aliso Viejo, CA is pretty good I think and Tampa, Florida is OK? Any advise?

California or Florida?
Yes, move to Florida we already have enough people. Just kidding! Come to LA or Orange Co. ( if its Mission Viejo you mentioned) at almost anytime during the day and you'll see what I mean about enough people.
As long as you're not moving here to go on welfare we'll welcome you with open arms especially if you bring lots of money.
All kidding aside I've live in Florida and believe me California has it beat hands down. We've got the ocean, mountains, desert and more attractions than you can shake a stick at. In Southern California you can go to all of them in the same day.
Come on down!'

It depends on what you want to do, and what else you want out of your city... can you advise any more details on what you want to do or what's important to you?

You should know better because you've been to both states like what you said, but I'd rather stay in Florida. Tax in California is way higher than in Florida.

I Pick California
California for sure, I think the real estate market, is getting tired of going no where, people are wanting to spend money, it's like who will be shot out of the starting gate first. People want to race, they want the end to bad times, you can feel the energy here over the past month.
I notice Gas Stations For Sale are hot in California.
Other businesses may follow in commercial real estate soon.
I see, things starting to turn here, it's got a long ways to go, but prices are low, compared to where they were, and something is going to break soon. I think we are starting to see a change here.Hi I Developed a secret marketing system For TopRanking any website or Press Releases on googles top 10 spots in any category 98% of the time. This is huge news in Marketing and Internet Rankings for Real Estate. Also we rent commercial Office space.....thanks J.P.

I'm not really the most qualified to be giving advice on these two states, but you must be aware of some of California's recent problems. From an outsider's perspective, the state looks like it's about to enter some hard times.
