6 bedroom plus 2 story duplex in DAYTONA BEACH..insane price
I have a 6 bedroom 2 story house in Dayton Beach just 3 blocks from the water. You can literally see the water from the second floor window!
There is also an income producing duplex in the back with 2- 1 bed 1 bath units.
$325K takes it!!!!
I planned to use it as a vacation rental but need to take care of some things before I can ever enjoy a vacation home...
my loss is someone else's gain..
If we start talking/negotiating this week I'll take an extra $15,000 off the ALREADY LOW PRICE!!!

Why is it an "insane" price? It looks to me that it's a bit expensive for the today's market...
