I have a small residential portfolio that I am looking to sell as I have gone off the deep end into industrial real estate

I have 2 - 3 bedroom rental homes, 1 4/5 bedroom home, and one 5 unit apartment building. The total appraised value is over $465,000. They are at 100% occupancy and the total income is $4,400 per month. I will take $400,000 for all of them together. PM for more info.
