Default Costa Rica - Established Italian Restaurant 4 Sale

this property is an established Italian Restaurant with 3 brand new rental cabins behind the main structure and there are 3 bedrooms with individual bathrooms within the main building complex - this is a total "turnkey deal" and everything is current so there are no residuals to be concerned about - the owner was also the builder and he imported the Italian tile, marble and ceramic fixture to blend with the exotic (and very expensive) hardwoods of Costa Rica highlands -

this is one of those worth coming down to see and we don't say that very often - and BTW, the pasta and pizza are a big favorite !!!

    Default Costa Rica

I want to go to Costa Rica so badly. It looks like real estate paradise.

Are you licensed in Costa Rica?

license is not required in Costa Rica so EVERYBODY is a real estate agent !

some guy did a study that found more real estate companies than the population which kinda makes you wonder why some folks must have two companies - whoops, forgot to look at my signature
