3 houses - 25k euros
I have three houses for sale in central Bulgaria, for only 25,000 euros.
The houses are located in the same village and are within walking distance of one another.
All three houses are of traditional Bulgarian design, with two storeys and large gardens.
The total built up area of the three properties is over 8000 sqm.

25K euros?? It's already that expensive?

If you divide 25000 EUR by 3 it comes to approximately 8300 EUR.
The total built up area is over 8000 m2, which makes the price approximately 1 EUR per m2.
This is not expensive.
I have a house for sale for 1000 EUR but it is not in such a good condition or LOCATION as these.
Bulgaria is still cheap, i have land for 0.1 & 0.2 EUR per m2, but you can not do much with the land, if you want high quality property, you pay that little bit more.
You can rave about buying houses for 1000 EUR each, but how much will it cost to renovate them to a livable standard? Where are they located? How many gypsies live on the doorstep?
