    Default Land, 5 meters from main highway - 1 eur per sqm!

    14,000 sqm of perfectly flat land is attractive to many investors, for example, property developers, hotel complex chains, gas stations etc
    I own the land and need a quick sale to release some funds for another project.
    The plan was, to keep the land for a few more years and make a fortune but as times change, plans change.
    The plot is located in central Bulgaria just 50 km from the old capital - Veliko Tarnovo. The area is a popular hot spot for foreign investors from all over the globe.
    In Veliko Tarnovo, you can find everything from the central mall to the old fortress - Tsaravets.
    The plot is also close to another region called 'Targovishte' which is very famous for producing the fine Targovishte wine selection.
