Thumbs up Large Residential Zoned (R-20) Lot For Sale in Expanding Putnam, CT

$28,925 - Buy and control this property now and profit BIG when the real estate market turns or subdivide and build. This property is located near downtown Putnam, Connecticut and is just three hours from New York City.

It is a large property at a little over 1/2 acre (0.56) and is zoned Residential (R-20). It is an excellent investment and priced very low considering it sits next to $250-350k homes and could possibly be subdivided into 2-5+ buildable lots in the near future. In addition this property is located just 600 feet from the historic Quinebaug River and Day Kimball Hospital so it may also have some commercial possibilities in the future. The town of Putnam is also offering $100 million to lend to new area businesses as well.

    Thanks for looking!

    Default drawings

Do you have any floor plan drawings, pictures etc, that could help bring exposure to this property?
