    New Construction & Rehab - 90% LTV, 40 year amoritization, 40 year Term (no ballon), low fixed rate, Developers fee of 10% of cost allowed to be used towards equity, non-recourse(no personal liability),negotiable pre-payment terms, Loan is assumable, third-party costs and loan costs are financeable.

    Acquisitions & Refinancing - 85% LTV, 35 amoritization, 35 year term (no ballon), low fixed rate, 7.5% seller promissory note allowed for down payment requirements, non-recourse, negotiable pre-payment terms, Loan is assumable.
