I'm prospecting luxury home investors looking for homes in California. I'd also like to work with corporate buyers who may have an interest in custom luxury homes.

The majority of the homes will be in Northern CA and some Southern CA properties will be available as well. Some of the properties are ready for occupancy and some need to be completed, i.e. home is finished but there's no backyard landscaping/no flooring in some rooms. Homes are usually well kept and built within the last 10 years.

These will be standard CA residential purchases, no points or intermediaries or buyer fees.

Please contact me if you are a principal buyer or a licensed agent. All buyers must sign a California Association of Realtors buyer representation agreement to receive property details. Licensed agents must sign a CAR referral agreement to receive their referral commission.
