So true this price is excellent others in the same area are going for 147,000-160,000 this property is well below market value and the area is very good right next door to Fair Feild, 290 West

What about the garage and basement are they available?

This home size is 2,655 there is know basement but this house has a two car garage corner lot on a cul-da-sac, yard is fully fensed. Huge backyard can build pool and still have tons of space. House is worth 150,000 but being sold for 125,000 so who ever buys walks in with some equity.
