    Default Virtual Assistant Resources?

    Hello all,

I am currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to help me with my business (not RE). I was wondering if anyone on this Forum has a recommendation for a Virtual Staffing Agency or has one they've worked with and gotten great results? Thanks in advance for your help!

    Thumbs up Virtual Assistant Resources?

I recommend MyEmployee Solutions myemployee(dot)net for having very good, well-rounded virtual assistants. The cost is very much competitive. My friend told me about how this company exceeded his expectations.

Hey Scott, thanks for taking the time to reply. I will contact them today to check out there pricing and services. Another Company I found is temadoubleclick.com (if anyone else is seeking VA's).

    Default Virtual Assistants

I have used team double click before and their work was so good, I added them as a link on the right hand side of the forum. NOW that is a recommendation.

Martin, thanks for the good information. I've heard of them before and actually spoke to them in the past regarding needs I had. So far Team Double Click and Myemployee.net are the only to I'll be calling. Thanks again, and you weren't kidding about that link... I tried it!

    Default Virtual Assistant

You can also post an RFP at International Virtual Assistants Organization. (IVAA). Available VAs with the skills you are asking for will reply directly to you.

    Best wishes!

    Cathryn,

Thanks for the information. I've been performing due diligence on Virtual Staffing Agency's and I found this about the IVAA:

    Found on Internet message board
    :
"Yep, I'm using teamdoubleclick.com. I've tried several through ivaa.org and
they were all unprofessional. They weren't rude; they just weren't real
business owners. They were people who seemed to have decided to become
a VA and didn't know how to run their business, let alone help me with mine.
If I found what seemed like a good VA from the IVAA site, the lead VA would
refer me out because they'd gotten a large client base and weren't able to
keep up the volume. Basically, if a VA was successful, they were too busy to
take me on as a client. If they actually had the room in their schedule to add
me, they were newbies and this was often their first professional job EVER or

    the first company they've run".

I thought sharing my findings may help others in the future seeking a reputable VSA service.

    Smile Virtual Assistant

    Nat -

I guess that's one person's experience but I don't think that is a fair statement of the entire organization or industry. Just like there are experienced real estate agents and newbie agents...there are experienced VAs and newbie VAs all with different skill level. I've owned by Virtual Assistant business for over 6 years and I lead a team of VAs. I also have a coaching/mentoring practice that helps new VAs get started. I am a member of IVAA which is one of the largest Virtual Assistant organizations.

I wouldn't want just "any agent" to sell my house nor would I want just "any VA" to assist me with my business.

    Just my 2 cents!

Cathryn, I agree whole heartedly. Wowever, all opinions, experiences (good or bad) deserved to be shared. That was exactly the intent of the fact finding post I started. The shared article I posted wasn't aimed at any one person to slander them, just to post results the General Public has had with VSA's. I'm sure you understand the importance of sharing customer's experiences with any Online or Virtual business.

After doing my due diligence, and looking at 2 diferent VSA's I have chosen Team Double Click. I was able to interview with 2 different VA's and found a perfect match on the second try. The staffing assistant was very knowledgable, listened to my needs and promptly matched me with 2 potentials. My experience was very positive and I would recommend them to anyone regardless of what your staffing needs are.

I am providing this referral LINK to anyone that needs VA services. The woman who helped was Elsa Olden.
