    i am not sure I understand, so how do you advertise the property, and this new deal ? do you put a sign out front or are you supposed to just put the ads on websites?

    You can advertise online, in newspapers or with a sign. Your ad would mention "owner financing".

    Thousands of "unqualified" home seekers would buy a home "as is" for your asking price if they could get financing. Offer them "Transferable Seller Financing" and your property becomes the only one that these people would want to buy.
