We came across a combination of a solid contact management system and an automated process to let you send custom, personalized postcards, greeting cards (one and two folds) and small gifts with detailed contact management and calendar reminders with notes.

You can upload your own photos (such as properties for sale or ones you've just sold) for totally custom cards plus you can upload your handwriting and signature (choice of several) to give a personalized look. Goes out in first class mail and while the materials are very high quality, it's cheap to use. I don't know how else to say "affordable" with the right impact. We are sending high quality thank you and referral cards for $1.04 each including first class postage. Postcards are even cheaper.

AND, you can either use it alone as a tool for relationship management or you can also become a system distributor and make some income from the folks you sign up in a MLM environment. Don't let the MLM element throw you off. It's a great way for sales folks to add another revenue stream. We all need more revenue streams, right?
