Getting new lessees interested in commercial real estate suites, or finding people who are interested in buying homes is increasingly difficult with the current real estate market. In addition to the suite specification, we also take pictures of the suite and provide additional information about it as well as the surrounding area. Commonly companies use architect's drafts to market their suites or homes, however are services are far more convenient.

The benefits of the square footage analysis over an architect's draft of a suite are two fold:

1) These are tailored to be used for marketing purposes, and are therefore much more user-friendly and easy to read. They also exclude much of the information that only pertains to contractors and the like.

2) The prices are vastly less expensive. Architects charge in the vicinity of $2,000.00 to draft a suite similar to the one shown above, where as our services cost only about a tenth of that.
