This toolbar is full of great real estate tools, resources and direct links to various programs, such as the MLS, Online Forms and Top Producer to name a few. The MLS Toolbar is absolutely free to anyone who wishes to use it, however it has been designed for the following areas:

I can have it up no later than the end of April. I am finishing up one for the Mid-Florida region as we speak.

I like the objective of MLS toolbar but why it is limited areas only can get it free?
