classified ads
Just thought I'd throw this out there...
postlets.com- template for classified ads for craigslist, backpage, etc...if you post listings on the classified ad sites, this can save you a few minutes.

I know there was some discussion on the forum about this a while ago, but...
What kind of response/ results have you all gotten from Craigslist?
Have you really recieved many inquires?
Boosted your site traffic?
Closed any deals?
What cities have you gotten the most response from?
Or did you find it was a waste of your time & energy?

I was having a few email inquiries and registered users on my site - I think there is a very small value to to it (craigslist).
I stopped using it because it became such a circus with agents posting open listings (different agents posting the same open listings). Postlets makes it easy and fast enough to post so I'll be giving craigslist another go.From La Jolla Real Estate to San Diego Real Estate, Nuvilla has the solution to your real estate needs.
