For all of you realtors and agents, my advice is to stay away from CRMrealestate.com. They offer a very buggy Customer Relationship Management online service. After I signed up for a trial, where I discovered how poor their service really is, I was charged $2K.

I attempted to call them for several weeks and only got voicemail and no return calls. When I finally got an email response, they refused to credit my card, even though I never used their service. I am working on a dispute with Visa but thought everyone should avoid this company. Please spread the word.
