    Default No Experience, No Training

Can people really make money in this business with no experience or training by purchasing programs such as "Real Estate Uncovered" by Lou Vukas or some of those others you see out there? I'm sure most of the claims are false, but are there any out there that work?

depends on how much money you want to spend. But honestly those programs have nothing to do with our business other than the houses involved. You don't need a license to buy and see houses. Thats all these program are, the fun part about it is they give you basic information, then charge you more for their "upgraded" programs. Its a money scam for the most part. But if you really want knowledge about the field of real estate, go to your local bookstore and look up forclosures, preforclosures, etc...it'll give you a good amount of information about that field. It add a really good source of income for the business adventurist, be advised about your market though. Its good to be an agent when you're doing such capital adventures cause you have a better knowledge of what the market is currently doing. Nothing is more earth shattering than Trying to flip a house and not being able to sell it. Then you owe the bank back alot of money, and you're forced to sell the house for WAY cheaper just so you can attempt to not go into forclosure yourself...All your credit is on the line.

Anything on preforclosures would get it done. I had a book that I thought was REALLY excellent and simple...when I find it I'll let you know.

    Default Yes

It happens here all the time. People see the commissions to be made and want to have a piece of it.

Firstly by purchasing a property here in Spain they get to grips with the processes in sales and the legal side, collaborating with other companies is huge as everyone wants to make a sale so getting properties is as easy as pie.

Knowing the areas, amenities and having the local knowledge as you guys well know is just a matter of research and experience.

Everything is so simple here to start as an estate agent - you dont need a licence or training as you do in the states.

Yeah Europe is a whole different animal...there are far fewer laws, especially on referral fees etc....and the US is one of the few countries that requires a lic....though if you ask me the test is pretty redundant and more of just an extra revenue steam for those collecting the fees...

I am in a program and it hasn't cost me anything. They even supply me 3 free websites and an ubelievable amount of marketing tools. I am very happy with the program so for.

We specialize in Loss Mitigation. We start there. Loss Mitigation is an out of court resolution to keep homeowners in there existing home loan through loan modifications, partial claims, forbearance agreements and repayment plans. Loss Mitigations are just one option we offer. 50% of our clients fall into this category.

We also offer high risk mortgage refinancing to our clients.

We have others that can not be helped through Loss Mitigation or Re-fis. For these clients, we have a network of investors who are willing to buy their homes.

These are just a few of the solutions available. Again, our company has a 90% success rate in finding solutions for our clients.

Our agents do not have to pay anything to be trained, get marketing materials or to help others. Or even to just check into the program.

Our clients don't have to pay anything to hear the options that available to them. I just touched upon a few of the options. Again, we specialize in Loss Mitigation.

This information process takes approximately 5 minutes. After you have submitted the homeowner's information into the CSG's computer system, the Foreclosure Specialists will take over and do the back-end negotiations.

Once you come on with CSG, you will receive all the tools necessary to succeed including a free virtual back-office, 3 websites, marketing tools, business cards, streamlined training, along with the best support in the industry.
