Open House Video Tours
Hi All!
Do any of you use video tours? I am in the proces of setting up a video tour site for realtors. Would any of you use it? I am assuming that it will become a popular site as it will be advertised in local newspapers accros the country. I think people would contact realtors whose properties are listed on the site not only to purchase but to list their properties.
There is also a directory where you can advertise your site.
The site is not ready yet but it will be soon. The site will be indexed by State and County. Counties will be added as we obtain listings.
Take a look, The link is in my profile. I'm always open to suggestions!
Thanks!

I use Visual Tour,
Other than the live naration at the start, I can do the same thing with Visual tour...Sound , Voice, Music Panaramic pictures taken with a cheap digital camera.
Then I can put the link on my home page to be seen 24/7.....and its pretty cheap + easy to setup and alter.

Virtual Tours
One of the best virtual tours can be purchased from OBEO.com They take the pictures and panoramas, create a slide show and the site tracks the number of viewings. The best part is you can set-up an automatic e-mail to your client. It will contain graphs showing them how many viewings they have had on their property and from whom.

I'm not sold on video tours either. Like the other said, there are other options out there. Personally, I use Mapwing.com. The virtual tours are free and I can build a walkthrough tour from my pictures including a map. Can't get that with video!
