Default New iPhone App for Home Buyers and Realtors

    Hello All,

I was in a while back and mentioned an app that my business partner and I were working on. I just wanted to share that the app is now released and available on iTunes.

The app is called House Hunter. It is a tool to help buyers track, evaluate and compare homes based upon their unique needs. It has some robust features that help reduce the drama and confusion of home shopping and gives buyers a way to compare houses based upon scores.

It does have some realtor specific features to help the agent understand exactly what features their buyer is looking for in a home and how important those features are to the buyer. It also has a way for buyers to share detailed feedback with their agent so the agent can understand how their client is viewing each home and use the detailed feedback in their negotiation with the seller.

We have a lot of screen shots on our FB page. w, w, w, facebook dot com/Cre8tiveApps

You can also find it easily on iTunes by searching for House Hunter.

Would love any feedback folks are willing to share.

    Regards,
    Jay Taylor

The cost to develop any app is dependent on the complexity of the app.

I would be happy to chat with you via email or phone to discuss further. Please feel free to email me.

We can discuss what you are looking for and determine how complex it is and what options are available to help you out.

    Regards,
    Jay
