Just to put a good word out there for a great company we've been using lately. I got this company through a freelance site I was using at the time to do some work on our website. They take all of our images now over the net and digitally alter them so they're next to perfect. We don't have to shed loads of capital paying for pro photographers now - these guy's just alter what we have to look great. Have a look at their site, there's a couple of images in their gallery that are simply outstanding and they've never missed a beat as far as we're concerned. I said to the guy that I deal with i'd get the word out amongst my fellow Realtors - I think it's safe to say the markets tough at the moment so share the wealth and use these guy's they're golden! (and buying on the US dollar - they work on AUS, means you get twice as much for half the price!!!) find them through google they're called alta image and based in Brisbane australia - or here's the link we use it's at altaimage.au.com

I don't mean to nitpick, but as of...oh 30 seconds ago. The exchange is $1 =$1.12AUD.

Yeah the exchange rate has taken a hammering of late but at the US peak people could have got a good deal! Things will change once the Aus Dollar comes back into line - either which way thought it nice to share something we've found useful with others looking to help add some value to their Real Estate portfolios - I know first hand the market here in Aus is tough at the moment, my clearance rates are well down on this time last year.
