    1 Search Information is moving forward in hand picking process oriented tasks involving data entry & research. We have a team of experts in the field of US Real Estate, who can complete CMA/BPO/Appraisals with accuracy and deliver within the time frame.

    Benefit of Outsourcing BPO,CMA & Appraisals Data Entry & Research:

    * Saves you time and let you concentrate in other fields of business.
    * Cost Efficient.

    Time Frame for completing one BPO will take 30-45 mins. All orders sent would be delivered within 24 hrs of the receipt.

    Process involved in completing BPO,CMA & Appraisals Data Entry & Research are as follows:

    * Proximity from the subject to the comps will always be maintained. Urban: 0.5- 1 mile Suburban: 1-3 miles & Rural: 10-15 miles.
    * GLA (Gross Living Area) of the selected comps will be +/- 20% of the subject.
    * Condition will try keeping it similar to the subject if not we will explain why the comp was used.
    * Location of the subject and comps will be the same if not we will explain why.
    * Age difference between the subject and comps will be +/-10 yrs of the subject.
    * Check if the subject is listed in the market and if yes save the MLS sheet which will be sent along with the order.
    * Check for subject and Neighborhood market and update the same in the order.
    * Comments from the Field Associate and MLS would be documented in the order.
    * All Orders would be completed and returned back to you within 24-36 hrs of the receipt.
    * We would be liable for all the orders sent to us till the client accepts the BPO,CMA & Appraisals, if clients reject for any reason we would rework on the same.

    We charge per BPO and the price is $6 negotiable based on the quantity of orders sent. Other tasks related to Real Estate & Mortgage:

    * Negotiating Short Sales.
    * Uploading information in MLS and other websites.
    * Uploading ads for the properties in various websites.
    * Mortgage related research and data entry
