Tenant Screening Online
Tenant Screening is the most important thing most landlord, apartment manager or property management company need to understand before renting out there properties. Tenant screening may well determine the overall success or failure of your investment.
American Apartment Owners Association(AAOA) offers several types of tenant screening reports which it also makes available online. Tenant screening reports from AAOA include reports on tenant credit, address history, eviction background and previous criminal activity. Interviewing potential renters should be part of every landlord's tenant screening process. We interview every potential tenant to ensure we are doing everything we possibly can to find a qualified tenant for our properties.

web makes it easy especially if they've put up a lot of info about themselves. Their are companies that for a low price will do the snooping for you, find out if they're throwing parties all the time etc - all through online research.

We should select the most trust worthy tenants before letting them in is the main idea of this thread. There really still are some hard headed tenants but a contract might do the trick. Evicting them by force is a No-No when having a hard time with them. They may cause some headache if not sort out and chosen properly.
