Best most serious books about Real Estate??

Hi!

Which is the best Real Esate book you've ever red?
I'm looking for a serious book, not one of those "get rich" and motivations bullsh*t books, because I've red all those... They are good for beginners, but now I need something better,something more! Including real statics, and reality, numbers real solutions... more "concrete" if you know what I mean..

I'm mostly into real estate developement.. so.. if you got any suggestions, please, let me know..

Non of those books are serious!

All I need to know in 10 videos? Please...
Even if your videos would be 500 hour long each, it would not cover all there is to know in R.E...
