Assistance w/2 projects
I have three fixer homes i just purchased, i just completed one of them(have pictures) the other two have been gutted and are in the remodeling phase.
The scenario is this:
I had/have a investor who assured me that if i jumped thru all his hoops, business plan, paperwork, credit check, etc. i would receive capital to remodel these homes i purchased.
So he checks me out, i'm legitimate, i pay my bills, my credit(739) looks good, he has all my info., i have the experience remodeling homes, even assets if he wants them to use as collateral.
He tells me to start looking for homes, which i do and find, i use my own money to start, i purchase the homes thinking anyday now i will see reenforcement capital. Nothing! I waste no time working on homes i purchased, still no money!
I could go on.....but, the bottome line is i had enough cash to do one house thinking this guy was gonna come thru, that has not happened.

I'm looking for a REAL investor who has made it in life and is willing to help out. I'm not looking for charity or a handout, i just want to complete what i started and need your help. Is there anyone out there with compassion, integrity who can assist with capital.
