    Default Looking for agents that want to help underwater homeowners!!!!!!!!!

    ATTENTION: Experienced loan officers, Real Estate agents or quality Sales
    consultants. Our company is looking for aggressive independent affiliates.

    Almost 1/3 of all homeowners in the US now owe more than their homes are worth and can qualify for our program.
    This is not a loan modification or an MLM. This is a real opportunity to market a product that is truly win win for all parties involved.
    We deal with home owners that are in a negative equity position. We are aligned with a private hedge fund that will refinance anyone regardless of their credit and offer a principal reduction to 90% LTV.
    What is your market?
    Home owners with at least 20% negative equity in their home.
    (Current market value)
    Homeowner must have a job or substantial reserves!
    50% DTI based off of Reduced proposed loan.
    Who is considered?
    Good credit borrowers, bad credit borrowers, homeowners in foreclosure, Self employed borrowers, homeowners with no mortgage late payments, and home owners with multiple mortgage lates.
    Terms of Loan.
    Principal balance will be reduced to 90% of current Market Value
    Homeowners with good credit and whom would otherwise would qualify for conventional financing will receive conventional pricing and conventional terms(30 year fixed@5%)
    Fico scores 700 and above that do not qualify for conventional financing receive Prime + 3%=6.25
    Fico Scores 699 and below that do not qualify for conventional financing receive Prime + 4%=7.25
    All loans will be 30 year fixed w/a three year prepayment penalty
    The program is as follows
    Your current loan(s) will be reviewed by us, you will then be placed on our 50% DTI Full Doc only program. We will then negotiate a purchase of the note(s) and the servicing rights of those note(s) at the going or discounted rate (according to Merrill Lynch the going rate is 22 cents on the dollar.) upon purchase. We (your new lender) will then modify your note(s) down to 90% of current market value. Giving you instantly 10% of real market value equity! Regardless of your credit history...we can make the deal happen!!!!!
