Looking for Real Estate Investment Help in Jacksonville FL Area
22 Y/O College Student wants to start business in real estate investing. I need all the knowledge, advice, and help I can get. I need help with legal issues such as business licenses, business plan writing, etc, I also need help with financial issues such as info on hard money lenders, government and private grants, and tax benefits for businesses in FL. Resources on where to find investment properties, help on getting started, and any advice from people who have experience in this field would all be excellent.
