Seeking investor. I got leads.

I am looking for an investor with cash and credit to make my deals work. I have plenty of leads. What I am not looking for is someone to ask me for an address so they can steal my leads nor am I looking for someone who is going to ask for my resume or a biography. I am looking for an investor who is capable of investing. Let us not waste any time here. I own EquityBeGone.com and I have leads. Alot of them are flip properties in Chicago areas.

I have investors that have cash on hand and can close in 7-10 days for most properties. Can easily handle 20+ a month if the profit is good. Go to my real estate site and pull the number from the top of the page and call me, it's my cell.
